All rates include fully-furnished accommodation, fibre WiFi, utilities, and access to building amenities. A one-time cleaning fee and 16% VAT apply. Long stays of 7+ nights receive an automatic discount.
Most residences have a two-night minimum. Some premium apartments and peak periods may require longer. Long-stay and corporate arrangements are warmly welcomed.
Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days are refunded at 50%. Specific terms are shown at the time of booking.
Yes. Private airport pick-up and drop-off can be arranged through your concierge for an additional fee. Just let us know your flight details.
